Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

• Returns: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged solar panel or faulty light, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the defect.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
